The shuttle service could be more reliable, especially during busy times!!! Also, the room conditions need significant improvement regarding cleanliness—it's just not acceptable to find hairs and dirty linens in the room!!!

I appreciated the spacious and clean suite which made it easy to unwind after long days of exploring local parks and visiting landmarks, with the Anna T. Jordan Community Park being just about a 30-minute walk away. plus, the friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was friendly, especially the lady handling the airport shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and accommodating she was during our early morning ride.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable given the circumstances.
